Do I have to train my Ops Partner?

No. All Ops Partners complete 100+ hours of training before matching.

I’ve been burned by bad hires before. How is this different?

Fit is engineered, not guessed. Prowess worked with a behavior scientist to build our proprietary Match.com-like algorithm. Ops Partners start fractional, and if it’s not working, we offboard and rematch.

What if it’s not a fit after we start?

 It’s rare — only about 6% of the time. When it happens, we handle the offboarding and rematch.

What does “own operations” actually mean?

 It means your Ops Partner runs audit, systems, projects, task flow, dashboards, and accountability so execution doesn’t depend on you.

What kind of time commitment is required from me?

 Upfront, expect about ~4 hours total over 1–2 weeks for intake and interviews. There’s an initial ramp, then a meaningful drop-off as ownership and visibility move off your plate.

Will this work during busy season?

Yes. Support is flexible. If you need more coverage during peak periods, we adjust.

How do you handle confidentiality?
