At Prowess our mission is to remove barriers for women at work. We started with returning caregivers by offering upskilling, confidence training, a network and job-pairing all in one place.
Over 2M women were pushed out of the workforce due to COVID-19. Our goal is to help them get back in and HIRED in flexible project management, operations and marketing roles.

What you’ll get?
Our 16-hour certification designed with today’s woman in mind, includes an in-depth look at teamwork, interpersonal skills, technology, and project management principles. It’s comprised of both individual and small group work proving a safe space to share the good, bad and ugly with others who are in your shoes. Once completed, you will receive 1:1 career coaching and opportunity to apply to our exclusive remote work job pool.
