Prowess Fundamentals

At Prowess our mission is to remove barriers for women at work. We started with returning caregivers by offering upskilling, confidence training, a network and job-pairing all in one place.

In hopes to help as many women as possible in this economic, social and health crisis, we are kicking off a “Pay it forward” pilot.  The Prowess fundamentals course ($350) and access to our job pool will be FREE thanks to a Prowess community member who has gone before you.  We then ask, once you are placed in a job, that you consider “paying it forward” to future community members as well.

What you’ll get?

Prowess Fundamentals offers a 16 hour self-study program chalk-full of work-readiness content without the 1:1 coaching and resume reviews included in our full package. Upon completion of the Prowess Fundamentals course and test, you’ll be entered into our job pool of flexible roles. Prowess matches talent with roles based on availability, skills, expertise and behavior-style. This enables us to create success matches for both the talent and the employer.

Think you may want the coaching? No problem, during the process you can book 1:1 sessions at an exclusive price.

What are the requirements?

  • 4-year degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Completion of the certification and pass the test within three weeks 
  • Participation in small group
